Garden Fete at Strathfield
A garden fete was held at Torrington, Strathfield, in aid of the Burwood and Strathfield stall at the Commonwealth Fair in connection with the Good Samaritan Order.

A children's fancy dress ball was held in the Town Hall in aid of funds for the Civil Ambulance and Transport Brigade of New South Wales.
